No complaints so far - well built, very sturdy, and gets the job done.However, when I ordered this model, I didn't realize that there was a KFP720 and KFP730 as well. The 720 and 730 are the same basic unit as the KFP715, but they come with additional accessories (both include the "mini-bowl" and a small blade, which is necessary for mincing garlic and chopping nuts - and the 730 adds a citrus press). You can buy these options separately, but the cost is outrageous. If you will be using this to chop small items like garlic or nuts, go for the KFP720.
