The reviews looked great and Danskos are ALL I wear. Alas, when it came, it did not have enough arch support to prevent my left foot from rolling in. (I do have a serious need for arch support so others might not find this a problem.) I was heartbroken to send them back, but they did not wok for me. Sigh. Appropriate packaging & shoes were well wrapped & obviously unworn. The fit is very close to the traditional Dansko style clog, but I like the fact that these lace up and can be loosened. (my feet swell later in the day, if I have been standing a lot) or tightened. I like the flexibility in fit, with the high quality you'd expect for the price. Seems to run true to size......possibly a little more latitude given the adjustability with the laces. I wore them today to work. 12 hours non stop on my feet. Some foot pain still, but frankly - not as severe as I've had. Even wearing athletic, or other "support" shoes, I will have foot pain after 12 hours.
